Being principal of this institute, whenever I come in the institute in the morning many thoughts come into my mind.

Actually the aims and objectives of the school are to develop competence for effective participation in every field whether it is a field of education or religious based in day-to-day situations. In my opinion, the worldly education is necessary to lead worldly life but spiritual education is more important than worldly education. Only then the child will be able to face challenge of life. Without God we all are incomplete. The main motive is how to establish good human relationships, imbibe virtues of moral courage, social discipline, qualitative and practical concept of education over quantitative one. We are doing it by encouraging students towards practical tasks and by creating comfort zone for them, so that they don't feel education as a burden.

Our morning assembly starts with Japji Sahib. During lunch break, students recite Ardaas before having lunch and after lunch. In the evening before departure they say also Ardaas. The school always tries its best to focus on problem solving and not only on their theoretical learning. I personally think, the roots of education may be bitter, but the fruit is always sweet. The school always motivates students not to take stress regarding education. The method of teaching is on practical based, interesting and effective. The positive thinking of teachers, students and parents is must for the progress of institutions. Education does not mean to get degrees, we should always learn more and more, because for the good learner the whole world is a classroom.
